Mobile App-Specific Information

When you use The High Bar mobile app, we and our technology partner, Dutchie, may collect additional information necessary to operate the app, including:

  • Account and order information: name, email, phone number, date of birth, delivery/pickup address, and order history, used to process and fulfill your orders.
  • Location information: with your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location data to help you find our dispensary, determine delivery eligibility, or estimate delivery times. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings, though this may limit some app features.
  • Push notifications: if you opt in, we may send you notifications about order status, promotions, or loyalty rewards. You can opt out at any time in your device or app settings.
  • Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app usage data, used to maintain app performance, security, and troubleshoot issues.

The App is provided in partnership with Dutchie, which processes certain transaction, account, and ordering data on our behalf. Dutchie’s own privacy practices, insofar as they process this data, are governed by their privacy policy.

Log Data

Like many site and app operators, we collect information that your browser or device sends whenever you visit our Site or use our App (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s or device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
